Business Development Regional Leader

Promote Transtreme services within assigned territory to achieve sales targets as agreed in business plan and measured according to Incentive Compensation Plan.

Identity key decision makers and gain understanding of issues and opportunities to generate sales growth.

Conduct territory & market analysis to identify strategic growth and partnership opportunities.

Serve as an educator, brand ambassador and advocate while fostering relationships with existing clients.

Represent Transtreme at industry and networking events.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years experience supporting a healthcare services provider in a territory-based sales role is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets within an assigned territory is required.
  • Knowledge of Medicare programs and legislation is preferred.
  • Prior experience with providers servicing the geriatric and/or chronic care patient population is preferred.
