Develop and cultivate a proactive pipeline of talent in advance of hiring needs.

Provide hiring teams with a diverse slate of qualified, prescreened (via behavioral based interviewing) candidates.

Gather insights from leadership regarding recruitment hot spots, gaps in succession planning and expansion plans.

Conduct market intelligence research and subsequent talent mapping efforts.

Represent Transtreme's recruitment team via networking with industry contacts, partners, and associations.

Manage Transtreme's referral program and award payment process.

Partner with Transtreme's social media team to embed recruitment initiatives and programs into our existing online presence.

Attend campus recruitment events and build relationships with university relations teams at our target schools.

Lead Transtreme's military/veteran outreach efforts.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in corporate, agency and/or RPO recruitment.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is required.
  • Nursing recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to campus and industry/networking events is required.
  • Knowledge of the California labor market and employment laws is highly preferred.
