Network Operations Specialist

Identify opportunities for implementation of new workflows and processes to increase efficiencies.

Oversee regional and preventive care campaigns geared toward patients in an assigned region.

Partner with other members of our Operations team to share best practices and opportunities.

Educate physicians and office staff regarding Transtreme services while identifying opportunities and programs to include additional services and offerings as required.

Participate in staff training and focus groups to improve overall satisfaction and create patient-friendly experiences.

Provide leadership with regional metric reporting, analytics and audits as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree is required.
  • Prior experience in an operations/sales support/project management role is required.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is required, preferably focused on the geriatric and/or chronic care patient population.
  • Development and implementation of programs to enhance patient and client experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare programs and legislation is preferred.
